With over a decade of experience across AI, data science, software development, systems thinking, and IT services, Bamikole Olaleye Akinsehinde (BOA) brings a rare blend of technical depth, global education and industry insight to Stepway Technologies. His journey spans multiple countries, disciplines and industries, a foundation that continues to shape the company's vision of building technology that truly serves human needs.

Bamikole began his career in 2007 with Megastat Communication and later FastLink Communications in 2010, two small but ambitious tech initiatives that have since grown contributed to the evolution of what is now Stepway Technologies. This transformation reflects years of innovation, learning and the drive to create solutions that simplify life, enhance efficiency and bridge the gap between people and technology. Stepway Technologies represents this metamorphosis, where ideas grow, products mature and technology becomes an active partner in solving societal challenges.

His background in Applied Physics (Geophysics option), Creative App Development, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, combined with experience in conservation services and digital transformation, forms the backbone of his multidisciplinary approach.
