Stepway Technologies Terms of Service

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to software, designs, and content, created by employees during and after their employment with Stepway Technologies belongs to the company.
The product being designed or developed for a client will be the property of the client after the final payment has been made.

Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality and not disclose sensitive company information to third parties.
We will also maintain confidentiality and protect client information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the contract or agreement.
We accept payment methods, including but not limited to, bank transfer, credit card, and online payment platforms.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Work not initiated: If Stepway Technologies has not started the project or delivered any service, a full refund may be issued.
- Partial work completed: If work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
- Service not delivered as agreed: If Stepway Technologies fails to deliver the agreed service or project according to scope, a refund (full or partial) may be issued after review.
- Mutual cancellation: If both parties agree to end a project early, the refund amount will be determined based on completed work and expenses incurred.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time with prior notice.
Clients may terminate their engagement with us by providing written notice.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disagreement or conflict that arises from these Terms or in connection with Stepway Technologies will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
